Looking for a positive after-school activity for your child this spring?The Mindful Movement Kids Yoga Club is a joyful after-school program designed to help children build confidence, calm, and connection through movement and mindfulness.
Offered in partnership with Mounds View Community Education, this club provides a welcoming space where kids can stretch, move, play, and learn simple tools that support emotional wellbeing.
Each session blends:
✨ playful yoga poses
✨ mindful movement games
✨ breathing and relaxation tools
✨ confidence-building activities
✨ friendship and community
Children leave each class feeling calmer, more confident, and proud of what their bodies can do.
