Building on the foundations of movement from Day 1, this workshop delves deeper into breathwork, relaxation, and specialized teaching strategies for seniors. Designed for yoga teachers, caregivers, and older adults, this session focuses on the therapeutic aspects of yoga, helping participants cultivate resilience, ease, and a deeper connection to breath and mindfulness.

This workshop will explore:

• Understanding Adaptive Yoga: Learn how to tailor yoga practices for those with mobility challenges, chronic conditions, or injuries.
