Welcome the Year of the Horse with a Mindful Movement session on Tuesday, Feb 17th 11am-12pm in the Social Hall. Practice attending to the present moment in community, with very light movement. This class is intended for adults with all abilities. You are invited to bring a yoga mat or towel from home and we will be using chairs. RSVP to Laura Nichols by Feb 10th if you would like to request childcare. This class is sponsored by Adult Religious Education.
