Starting July 15 at 6:30 PM, join us for our Mindfulness Monday Meditation Group! All levels of experience are welcome as we explore Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR).
🗓️ **When:** Mondays at 6:30 PM, starting July 15
🏡 **Where:** Soul Talk Spiritual Counseling--2916 East Park Ave
✨ **Details:**
- A love offering to help pay for the space will be accepted.
- Please wear comfortable clothing.
- Bring a journal, pen, and pillow if you desire.
- Coffee, tea, and water will be provided.
This class is aimed towards adults. Teens are welcome if accompanied by a parent.
