Come join us for a relaxing morning meditation and sound healing with G Studioz. We are located at IDA Dance Academy 644 Lakeshore Rd E. Mississauga Port Credit. Let go of stress and immerse yourself in the soothing sounds of crystal bowls and chimes. This in-person event is the perfect way to start your week with a clear mind and refreshed spirit. A light stretch and movement may be added if we need it.

No experience necessary - just bring yourself and an open heart. See you there! Bring a yoga, light blanket and small pillow for comfort. We also have mats available for you to use.
