🌱 Start your week grounded and centered.We'll move slowly, breathe deeply, and create space for whatever your Monday needs to be. Your practice, your pace—modifications for every body, experience level optional.
Join us in the sanctuary at Lawrence UMC for gentle movement that meets you where you are. 🪑 Chair and mat options available, along with a limited number of blocks and straps for those who need them. All bodies, all abilities welcome—ages 8 and up.
This summer we're exploring monthly themes woven naturally into practice: ⚡ June focuses on Energy & Vitality, 🎈 July brings Playfulness & Joy, and 🌊 August offers Cooling & Calming practices for intense times.
