Mindful Momentum: A Virtual Workshop for Setting Powerful Intentions

Join us for our improv-based Intention Setting Workshop, a transformative virtual event designed to help you align your daily life with your core values and creative aspirations. The workshop will take place on Thursday, January 16th from 10:30-11:30 AM CST on Zoom.

We'll kick off with a dynamic "Shake it Out" session, setting a positive tone for the session ahead. Through our iDiehl Day Exercise, you'll reflect on the essential elements of your ideal morning, workday, and evening routines. You'll also discover how your environment, relationships, and daily habits influence your creativity and well-being.

As we delve deeper, you'll identify your core values and select a guiding word to embody throughout 2025. In breakout sessions, you’ll share insights with peers, fostering a supportive community as you articulate your intentions and strategies for personal growth.
