Mindful Moments: Adult & Me Sound Bath Experience (July 2024)

Join us every Tuesday in July (9, 16, 23, 30) from 9:00 AM to 9:30 AM for a unique and transformative sound bath experience designed for adults and children aged 10 and above. This 30-minute session offers a peaceful retreat, allowing you to bond and relax with your child in a serene environment.

During the session, you and your child will be enveloped in the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other healing instruments. The harmonious vibrations will help you both release stress, enhance mental clarity, and foster a deeper connection.

• What to Bring: Yoga mats and comfortable clothing. There are 6 mats & blankets available; feel free to bring your own yoga mat if you prefer. Wear comfortable clothes & socks. There are also 3 chairs available if you prefer to not lie down on the mat.
