A two-step mobility training designed to deepen your understanding of functional mobility, nervous system awareness and sustainable movement practices. This training is open to everybody!
Module 1 — Foundations

Deeper practice and awareness

Participants can complete Module 1 only OR can continue into Module 2 to deepen their knowledge and acquire the skills necessary to lead a full Mindful Mobility-style class.
Module 2 — Deeper Dive
Deeper dive into anatomy and nervous system
Mobility strength principles: CARS, PAILS, RAILS and PNF stretching
Skills and confidence to create your own mobility sequence
Cueing and language development
Practice teaching & feedback
Observation and practice hours
