Join me for my second fitness class of 2025 and discover the transformative power of Pilates. We'll start the class with a refreshing run along the scenic Beltline, incorporating challenging Pilates sequences every quarter-mile to keep your heart pumping and your muscles working. Afterward, we'll conclude with a relaxing stretch and meditation session to restore balance and calm the mind.
