Whether you are a regular practitioner or new to mindfulness meditation, we invite you to join us each month for an hour of quiet sitting. This is a secular form of meditation, and all are welcome.Karen Noffsinger brings over 15 years of experience guiding individuals and groups in spiritual wellness and transformative practices. As a spiritual teacher, meditation leader, and Reiki master, she combines traditional wisdom with progressive thinking to help people find balance and purpose.
