Through various art forms, including physical & performance art, our artists & performers will express stuggles & successes with mental health through artistic expression. This in-person, family friendly, event offers a safe space for for reflections on mental health, allowing participants to connect with others and themselves on a deeper level. Come gain insights into the power of art in promoting mental wellness.
