Mindful Marietta Meeting

We will begin with a guided meditation, followed by an instructional dharma talk, and end with group discussion. No prior meditation experience needed. All are welcome.

If you plan to come, please RSVP. It's not required, but it is appreciated!

We will be sitting in chairs, but feel free to bring something like a blanket or cushion to be comfortable.
