This sound bath session will be led by Taylor Lehn, a certified life coach and sound healer from Black Raven Wellness who will use a set of 7 quartz crystal singing bowls to create a peaceful and meditative atmosphere. You'll be able to unwind and let go of any stress or tension as the soothing sounds wash over you. In this session, you will be given a series of meditation prompts that will allow you to amplify your intentions and desires, guiding you to align thoughts, feelings, and actions with your highest aspirations.
