Mindful Living
Inspired by "The Age of Anxiety: German Expressionism in Art and Film," this series combines mindfulness practices, gallery tours, and guided discussion to explore how people respond to periods of change and uncertainty.
Led in collaboration with specialists from the UAMS Mindfulness Program, each session focuses on listening and expression while discovering how art can create space for dialogue, awareness, and reflection.
