This training offers kids deep insights as they explore the nature of their minds through self-reflection, meditation, and hands-on learning.
👨‍👩‍👧 Kids ages 9 and above are welcome. Parents participation is welcomed as well.

Marissa V. is a trained facilitator for the iheart Program and provides this donation-based service every fourth Sunday of the month from 4:30-5:30 PM at the Camarillo Buddhist Center. All are welcome to join!
