These classes offer a slow, grounded, and attentive approach to Hatha Yoga, supporting the body, breath, mind, and nervous system as a whole.
Each session is a complete yogic practice, weaving together:
~ mindful movement & longer held postures (āsana)
~ conscious breath (prāṇāyāma)
~ meditation and inner awareness
~ deep relaxation (śavasana) accompanied by Tibetan singing bowls
The emphasis is on cultivating inner awareness, allowing the practice to meet you where you are, and supporting clarity, resilience, and ease both on and off the mat.
Suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners alike.
Pricing:
$20 for a casual class/ $90 for 5-class pass (valid for 3 months)/ $160 for 10-class pass (valid for 6 months)

Monday Evening Yoga
Unwind & Restore
Mondays · 5:30–6:30pm
This evening class is a gentle, restorative practice designed to help you release the day and transition into rest.
The pace is slow and supportive, with simple sequences and postures held mindfully to:
~ release accumulated tension
~ calm the nervous system
~ soften the breath and quiet the mind
~ restore energy without overstimulation
Alongside gentle movement, the class includes simple pranayama and guided meditation, supporting mental clarity and emotional settling.
The session ends with a deeply restful śavasana and Tibetan singing bowls, leaving you grounded and spacious, yet energised.
No previous yoga experience required.

Thursday Morning Yoga
Learn, Explore & Build Your Practice
Thursdays · 9:30–11:45am
This longer morning class offers a deeper, more educational approach to yoga, supporting both understanding and embodiment.
Each session includes:
~technical exploration of one particular yoga posture or technique
~guidance on alignment, function, and variations
~ insight into how postures and practices affect the body, breath, and nervous system
~ understanding when and why different practices are helpful
Movement is supported by prāṇāyāma, meditation, and moments of stillness, helping students integrate learning into lived experience.
As with all classes, the practice concludes with a nourishing śavasana accompanied by Tibetan singing bowls, supporting the integration.
Some yoga experience is helpful but not essential. All welcome!
