Join Christine of Sunflower Souls Yoga, for her monthly yoga offering in the Himalayan Salt Cave!Taking place on the last Wednesday of each month at 6:00pm, this 75 Minute Class Mindful Flow Yoga is a slow moving, meditative practice that brings our body, breath and mind into harmony. We will flow slowly and mindfully between poses, inviting our bodies to move with more awareness, balance and grace.
Christine has an amazing, comforting energy and aura that allows for a blissful experience. This is an all level class, and combines mindful meditation with a slower paced yoga practice.
Each class will take place inside the Himalayan Salt Cave at Saltitude. Halotherapy will be provided as part of the class (Typically $40 alone). BYOM (Bring your own Mat) We do have mats available if you do now own one, or if you would like to double up on mats to be more comfortable on the salt floor.
Cost: $40 per person
Time: 6:00pm-7:15pm

Christine is a M.Ed, CYT-200, Teaches Children and Adults Yoga Classes, She is a Reiki Practitioner, as well as a certified Trauma Sensitive Yoga Instructor, and a Mindfulness and Meditation Instructor.
