Mindful Evenings: Cultivating Intention & PresenceMindful Evenings is a monthly, small-group gathering focused on mindful living, meditation, and reflection. These evenings are designed to help you slow down, reset, and reconnect in a calm, supportive space.
Our January gathering centers on Cultivating Intention & Presence, offering a meaningful way to begin the year. The evening includes a short talk on mindfulness, gentle breathwork, guided meditation, and time for journaling and reflection. As part of the workshop, each participant will create a personalized glass intention bottle filled with crystals to support their intention for the year ahead.
This is a seated, reflective experience rather than a physical yoga class. No prior meditation or yoga experience is needed. All levels are welcome.

Location: Soul Strong Yoga Meditation Room in the Loft, Suite 201
Please note: the Loft is on the second floor and is accessible by stairs only. There is no elevator.
