Come join us for a relaxing afternoon of mindful eating at our sunset picnic event! Connect with your senses, connect with your food, connect with nature, and fellow human beings.
The holidays are just around the corner and we need to remind ourselves to slow down and truly savor the moment. We will use this time to prepare our intentions for how we want to have a healthful and mindful holiday season.

Space is limited to facilitate a personalized and enriching experience.
This mindful eating workshop is a great opportunity to practice mindfulness and enjoy some nutritious food and drink in a balanced way. Don't miss out on this chance to nourish your body and soul. Let's eat mindfully together!
Guests will feast on a 3-course plantbased meal and sip on non-alcoholic cocktails. Please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions. More details to follow.

If possible, please bring a meditation cushion. There will be invitations to mindfully move the body in between sections of the workshop.
