Sunday Ecstatic Dance :: A weekly soulful gathering of intention in motion, hosted in the beautiful Owenwood farm sanctuary space.
What is Ecstatic Dance?
Ecstatic dance is a free-form movement practice. No choreography, no steps to follow. We invite you to discover your own intuitive movement and meet your body’s natural wisdom.
We hold an intentional space that allows you to fully express yourself in a supportive community container.

We value reciprocity. If you are unable to afford a ticket, but you want to attend, reach out to see about exchanging something at equal value as a form of energetic reciprocation. Volunteer opportunities are available at each dance in exchange for entry. You can find the sign up list for these opportunities posted in our facebook group.
