A beautiful melting pot of Nutrition Coaching and Meditation/Mindful Eating.
16-Weeks of group coaching at the RiverWell Movement studio in downtown Monticello. We will discuss a new topic of limiting factor each week (topics vary from combatting dehydration, emotional eating, eating imbalanced meals - too many processed foods/not enough nutritional value...) and create a plan for success for each of the topics.
THIS IS NOT A SUPPLEMENT SELLING GROUP OR A TRACK YOUR MACRO/CALORIES TYPE OF GROUP.
I do encourage eating nutritious meals that are balanced, and we will discuss what all of that looks like and more importantly, HOW to make that all happen (on a consistent basis).
