Back-to-school season is here — and so is Mindful Connections!

Join us for a free community pop-up where families can meet local therapists and grab a calming wellness kit for their youth (ages 8–17). This is a casual, drop-in style event designed to connect parents and caregivers with trusted mental health resources — no pressure, just real conversations and support.🧘‍♀️

Each child will receive a FREE calming kit filled with:

• A journal + pen
• Affirmation cards
• Coloring sheets
• Stress balls
• Mental health resources
