We’ll slow down, breathe, and create beautiful handmade cards as a way to reconnect with presence, intention, and gentle self-expression.
Who is this for?:
Adults and teens. No art experience needed, just curiosity and a willingness to play.
What to expect:
-Simple guided mindfulness practice
-Cardmaking with high-quality papers and materials provided by us
-Quiet reflection, optional sharing, and examples of cards for inspiration
-A calm, supportive space to create and unwind
