Take a lunchtime break at the David Owsley Museum of Art and enjoy a Slow Viewing experience led by staff from the Ball State Counseling Center. During this 30-minute mindfulness session, participants will be present with two unique works of art for an opportunity to use mindfulness skills to be curious and see what arises. This event is free and open to the public with no registration required.
