Mindful Art for the over 55s

Mindful Art is an open group for adults of all ages whether or not they have experience of art .

In a quiet environment we draw circle designs with the help of compasses , templates and stencils as required and then colour them in with colour pencils or paint .

The intention is to focus on developing our individual picture in the present moment and so exclude all thoughts of our problems and the complicated world outside .
