Warm your heart and body during the Merry & Mindful Sauna Session on December 21st. 🌲❤️The 60-minute session begins inside of Jasper Hotel’s spacious cedarwood sauna. A YUJ Yoga teacher will guide a short but intentional meditation and add soothing aromatherapy to the hot stones to awaken your senses. Everyone will be invited to continue resting, relaxing, and soaking up the heat together until the session is complete. ✨
For added comfort, each guest will receive a plush robe and towel. A bathroom and 2 private shower rooms will also be open for quick or cool rinses.
All participants are required to wear swimwear or light athletic clothing. Rest assured, breaks can be taken at any given time. No sauna or meditation experience is required here.
Every detail of the Merry & Mindful Sauna Session has been thoughtfully curated for you to unwind and regulate your nervous system, including your choice of a wellness mocktail or hot cup of coffee that can be enjoyed afterwards at RoseWild. ☕️
