Connect - Release - Revive this International Women's Day.
This fully immersive daytime event for Body, Mind and Spirit. Start of the day connecting with your inner power to cleanse and connect within our Woman's Circle. Then move your energy to the body with Healing Sounds and Somatic Movement. Now you have warmed up your spirit, shake off any remaining negativity and invite in freedom, joy and celebration with uplifting music to dance to.

On The Day:
- 10.40am: Doors open - grab a drink and get comfortable

- 11.40am: Drinks and connection
•• 12pm: Wellbeing Workshop showcasing Mimi Banks with Somatics and sound / Movement for joy and connection to set you free. www.intobeing.co.uk
- 1- 2.40pm: Drinks and connection
•• 1pm: DJ S2K - celebrating female icons with all your favourite tunes!
•• 2.30pm: DJ Lola - dropping the best uplifting house to get you dancing.
- 4pm: Close.
Launch Event
What better way to launch than with this very special event at the fabulous Ironworks Studios, Brighton. This launch event is open to everyone that wants to empowerment women, unity, and joy.
Stephanie Young is passionate about creating events that bring communities together for connections and health. Since 2022 she has nurtured GirlFlix into the success it is today. Now, she’s expanding to a wider, fully inclusive audience with Wellbeing, Sober DayDance, and Queer Parties.

We’re offering two ticket types:
• Full Access - Includes both workshops and DJs. Entrance available from 10.40am - 4pm
• DJ's Only - Workshops NOT included. Entrance available from 12.40pm - 4pm
• Kids Go FREE - Accompanying a paid ticket-holding Mum / parent

Kids GoFree Tickets
As it's IWD we also want to ensure that Mums can come along and enjoy the day and feel empowered. So to help out there will be some limited tickets for under 14's
• All under 14's will have to be accompanied by an adult that has purchased a ticket
• The accompanying adult is responsible for that child and will be asked to leave the workshop if they are becoming disruptive
• Please be mindful and respectful of other attendees and hosts

Open Times / T&C's
• Doors open to the public at 10.40am to give you time to get a drink and settle into your spot
• Soft drinks will be available from the bar from 10.40am
• There will be a licensed bar from 12.30pm
• If attending a workshop please arrive in plenty of time or you may lose your spot if the workshop has already started
• Workshops are 40 minutes long
• There will be a 20 minute turn around between workshops and the start of the first DJ
• The event will end at 4pm
• We will not tolerate any abusive or disrespectful behavior towards any attendees or hosts
