As the demands of daily life intensify, many of us find ourselves running on empty - emotionally, mentally, and physically. Burnout rarely arrives all at once - it can be disguised as dedication, overcommitment, or ambition. And many individuals find themselves caught in the cycle, unsure of how to pause or begin again.
This educational panel brings together mental health professionals, individuals sharing their personal experiences, and business leaders to present different viewpoints on how to understand and overcome burnout. They will share how they have invested in their health to change their mindset, unpack the difference between stress and burnout, discuss how to recognize early warning signs, and share ways to come through the other side. Attendees will be invited to reflect on their own experiences and learn practical strategies for recharging, rebuilding, and reconnecting with those around you.
Whether you're navigating your own difficult season or supporting someone through theirs - this session will offer tools to help you shine - even in winter!
