Mind to Mat: A Mental Health Panel & Restorative Yoga
Join Hopeful Mama Foundation for Mind to Mat, a free educational workshop designed to nurture both your emotional and physical well-being through expert conversation, meaningful connection, and restorative movement.
During the first half of the morning, hear from a compassionate panel provided by Bloom Women's Wellness. Together, they'll discuss the emotional realities of infertility, offer practical coping strategies, and answer your questions in a safe, judgment-free environment.
Then, transition into a calming SomaYoga practice led by Bethany of The Haven Indianola. Using breathwork and gentle, subtle movement, this trauma-informed restorative experience is designed to help calm the nervous system, release tension, and invite deep rest.
What You'll Gain:
🤍 Feel seen and understood by compassionate professionals who recognize the emotional weight of infertility.
🤍 Gently explore ways to navigate stress, grief, uncertainty, and overwhelm with greater self-compassion.
🤍 Experience the comfort of community and the reminder that you are not alone in your journey.
🤍 Allow your body to soften and rest through restorative, trauma-informed movement.
🤍 Leave feeling grounded, nurtured, and equipped with gentle tools you can return to long after the workshop ends.
What to Bring:
• A yoga mat and/or a blanket for the restorative yoga session
• Comfortable clothing you can relax and move in
• An open heart, we'll take care of the rest.
