• Yoga mat (if you don’t have one, please let us know, we have some spare)
• Pillow
• Blanket
• Water
• Wear comfortable clothes

There will be 3 x 10 minutes refreshment breaks with tea, fruit and snacks available but feel free to bring your lunch if you need more food.
