Mind Over Miles 5K – Presented by Seek Therapy Now. Lace up and join us on Sunday, November 2, 2025, at 9:00 AM for the Mind Over Miles 5K in Hartford, CT — a community run dedicated to raising funds to provide free therapy sessions for those in need.

Yes! you are able to walk as well. We will have an alternative route for the walkers. This is not a race we are moving legs as one.

Starting at Fresh 5 Deli, this 5K run is about more than miles — it’s about mental health, hope, and making therapy accessible to everyone in our community.

We’ll celebrate at the finish line with light refreshments and a chance to connect with others who believe in breaking the stigma around mental health.
