A day of riding, community, motivation & conversation.
To raise awareness around mental health and to encourage others that it’s ok to talk about your struggles.
We often struggle in silence, we arrive at the track, we see our mates, we ride and go home usually hiding how we really feel
The motivation behind this public ride event is to create an atmosphere of inclusivity; a place where it’s ok to ride and not hide!
Mental health isn’t talked about enough especially in men and I want that to change.
