Mind-Body Women & Girls Wellness Day

The Mind, Body, and Soul Women’s Wellness Day, hosted by Prosperity Social & Community Development Group Inc. (PSCDG), is an empowering event dedicated to the well-being of women. Now in its third year, this free event offers a transformative self-care experience designed to nurture mental, physical, and emotional health. Participants will enjoy activities such as yoga sessions, hair and nail care workshops, healthy food options, and access to free clinical services. Our mission is to create a welcoming space where women can learn new wellness techniques, improve their self-care routines, and build a sense of community. It’s a day of relaxation, education, and empowerment, celebrating women’s wellness in every form.
