About this Event

The Mind-Body Wellness Workshop is an immersive experience created for women ready to explore, connect, express, and experience soul-level transformation.
Guided by Olivia Halliday and featuring Dr. Danite, the workshop blends honest conversation, feminine and masculine energy exploration, embodied movement, sensuality teachings, reflection, and authentic connection to help awaken your muse.
Choose the half-day experience from 8:00–11:30 a.m. or continue with the full-day experience from 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
Full-day participants will enjoy an included lunch, followed by an afternoon exploring community, sisterhood, identity, and relationships through journaling, playful connection, shared reflection, and a meaningful Integration & Intention Ceremony.
This is a women-only soul-level workshop.
