About this Event
Join us for a transformative workshop exploring the connection between guided meditation, visualization, movement, and overall wellbeing in a small, supportive setting.
This experience is designed to help you gently reconnect with your body, mind, and spirit—supporting both your wellbeing and your intentions for 2026.
Through guided imagery, meditation, and therapeutic movement, you’ll learn to listen to your body, honor its limits, and support both physical and emotional well-being. This is particularly important during this season of wintering, which we'll explore more deeply.
This workshop emphasizes mindful movement, inviting you to move with intention, heighten your awareness, and nurture your overall well-being. Whether you’re looking to elevate your mood, reduce pain, boost your energy, or move intentionally toward your 2026 goals, this experience offers a nourishing space to explore, heal, and grow.
About your guides
Rivi Belach Har-El has over 41 years of experience in treating chronic pain and musculoskeletal disorders. Dr Rivi holds a Bachelor of Physical Therapy (BPT) as well as a Master of Science (MS) degree in Dance/movement therapy. In 2000, she received her PhD in Physical Therapy from New York University, New York, USA.
Throughout her career, she enhanced her knowledge of pain and its manifestations by studying psychology and dance/movement therapy, and by exposing herself to various integrated forms of chronic pain treatment. She came to understand that health caregivers need to be able to relate a patient’s symptoms to what is happening simultaneously in their body and mind. This realization led her to develop the RiVision® Method.
Dr. Rivi held a position of a Clinical Assistant Professor at The State University of New York (2009-2018) where she taught body-mind awareness and the RiVision method to future therapists. She currently continues to lecture regularly at various professional venues to therapists, students, and teachers. She has also authored a book entitled Moving Pain Away- RiVision: An innovative Physical Therapy Method ( 2017)
