Lodging and simple meals provided at Open Hearts Sanctuary Retreat Center. Check-in is at 2pm Friday, check-out is at 2pm on Monday. Affordable extended stays are available for those desiring to check in early or check out late.
Retreat gathering times:
Friday 2-5pm check-in, 5pm-10pm ceremonial yoga opening night
Saturday & Sunday 7:30am-10pm
Monday 7:30am-2pm optional bonus day with breakfast, morning practice, nature walk, and late checkout of the retreat center to gently close the ceremonial weekend container
Plenty of breaks, meals, snacks, rest, and relaxation time will be given during the immersion.
This retreat has three options to meet your schedule needs and your personal growth goals:

2. Use this experience to catapult into a 40 day practice with incredible community uplift and support! 🥰
3. Start your journey as a certified kundalini yoga teacher!!!
This retreat satisfies 30 hours of CEU'S through Yoga Alliance, and/or your first 30 hours of training towards a 200 hour World Yoga Federation certification.
It is my hope that each student uses this 4 day immersive opportunity to begin a 40 day kundalini yoga sadhana to establish a life changing kundalini yoga practice. I am offering a 40 day container as an optional extension of this course, included in retreat tuition.

Meet your trainer:
My name is Summer Dawn, and I am the director of Open Hearts Yoga Sanctuary, Open Hearts Crystal Boutique, Open Hearts Mystery School, and the Open Hearts Holistic Fair.
I think you all probably heard me say Open Hearts by now, and know that is what I and WE are all about here.
I wear many hats inside this beautiful community in Granbury, Texas. I AM Faith Healer, Interfaith Priestess, Yoga and Meditation Facilitator, Sound Journey Guide, Student, Teacher, Sister, Mother, Daughter, Friend.
Community connection is my heart’s focus. Bringing people together through the courage to be vulnerable, willingness to see and be seen, hear and be heard, love and be loved…it is my honor and life’s purpose to create safe, loving, nurturing, nourishing space for all who desire to re-member themselves as the Divine children they truly are. People come for the crystals and yoga, they stay for the self-discovery and homecoming, the broad range of spiritual offerings centered on deep healing and emotional freedom, and most of all the spiritual family.
