We are delighted to incorporate Pilates and a healing Gong Bath into this special event.The session will begin with 45 minutes of gentle Pilates flow. The lovely George from Pilates Rocks will be by your side to instruct and guide you through the movements, allowing for all levels from beginners to advanced, to ensure maximum enjoyment and engagement.
After the gentle Pilates session, you will be taken on a relaxing journey with the Gong, singing bowls and other instruments. Allow yourself to be immersed in the sounds and transported to a deeper state of relaxation and healing.

A mat, blanket, pillow & water to hydrate during/after Pilates
any crystals to be charged by the sound
