Plan some time for yourself~We will gather in paradise for eight days and seven nights where the lush jungle meets a pristine beach outside of Puerto Vallarta on sacred, indigenous land.
There we immerse ourselves in the beauty of nature, nourish our bodies with fresh, seasonal food from the land and support our journey with daily yoga practices.
Enjoy the droning sound of the ocean, the songs of tropical birds and the most subtle scent of salt in the soft, humid, ocean air as it fills your lungs. This is an opportunity to not only slow down and tune into the rhythm of the earth, but to PLAY!
