Rejuvenate your Mind, Body and Soul.We invite you to join us as we gather around a beautiful crystal grid that is intentionally designed to promote grounding and a deeper sense of calm.
Immerse yourself in 90 minutes of deep serenity while being guided through a sequence of supported restorative yoga poses while receiving reiki.
The gentle poses are intended to bring the body into a state of healing and/or restoration. Restorative yoga uses props to promote balance without any active stretch or engagements in the body.
Reiki is a Japanese form of energy healing that helps to remove blockages that may develop from stress and tension.
This healing experience will end with a 30-minute sound bath to further ground the body, leaving you feeling deeply relaxed.
