Level up your summer with our Mind-Body Connection Series —three fun events designed to help you feel stronger, healthier, and more balanced. *See Mentis's Eventbrite page for the other classses in this series.
Come find out about how physical health impacts mental health by joining our Mat Pilates class. Pilates helps you build strength, improve flexibility, and reduce stress. No experience needed. Mats are provided but you are welcome to bring your own.
Participants will enjoy a one hour mat pilates class taught by Pilates instructor, Layla Morales. This is a high energy, music-filled beginner pilates class. We will also discuss the benefits of pilates on your mental heatlh!
