As the longest night of the year approaches, we gather in sacred community to honor the Winter Solstice — a powerful moment when nature invites us to slow down, reflect, release, and make space for new beginnings. Across cultures, the Winter Solstice marks the rebirth of the sun, a transition from darkness into returning light. It is a time for grounding, stillness, spiritual connection, and communal nourishment.

Join us as we celebrate this ancient rite with intention, rest, and soulful alignment.

The Winter Solstice is the moment when the sun appears at its lowest point in the sky, creating the longest night of the year. Symbolically, it represents:

✨ A sacred pause for reflection
✨ The return of the light
✨ An opportunity to plant new seeds for the coming year

In our community, we gather to honor the wisdom of the season — embracing deep rest, emotional clarity, and spiritual renewal as we prepare to enter a new chapter.

This immersive evening is designed to help you release what no longer serves you and welcome aligned intentions for the months ahead. Attendees will experience:

A grounding experience to help you settle your mind, open your heart, and connect with your inner wisdom.

A slow, intentional practice led by trained instructors to help you stretch, breathe, and reconnect with your body.

Vibrational therapy designed to soothe your nervous system, clear mental fog, and restore emotional balance.

A guided writing experience to help you set intentions for the season ahead.

We will close our sacred circle by breaking bread together. A communal meal that honors togetherness, nourishment, and the African diasporic tradition of celebrating through food and fellowship.

To elevate your comfort and experience, please bring:

• A yoga mat, floor pillow, or blanket to sit or lie comfortably on
• A journal or notebook
• An open heart, ready to release, restore, and receive
• Optional: A dish or tasty contribution for our communal feast
