Mind, Body & Wellness: A Morning for You
A gentle, community-focused well being gathering for women, each meeting will have a different focus.
April's meeting - 'Supporting Anxiety'
Join Anita (Yoga), Leanne (Mindfulness Teacher) and Sarah (Menopause Coach) for a nurturing and uplifting morning designed to help you feel rested, supported and inspired. Together, we’ll explore simple, practical strategies for helping you with anxiety. There will be information and practical tools to support anxiety, including some mindfulness and some gentle yoga - please note you don't need to have done yoga before, neither do you need to be flexible, it can be adapted, so no need to get down to the floor.
A gathering centred on building trust and community. You’ll be welcomed into a women’s circle where you can show up exactly as you are, meet like minded women and begin creating your own “Well Women – Toolkit for Life.”
Refreshments and home baking are included.
