Mind, Body & Spirit

Welcome to Mind, Body & Spirit event! Join us at 2490 Lee Blvd on August 30, 2025 at 11:00 AM (Eastern Time) for an empowing event for young girls entering middle and high school. This event is designed to inspire confidence and prepare them for a successful academic year. This afternoon will feature engaging presentations from four amazing female leaders from our community, whol will share the journey, insights and wisdom. The program will include activities and motivational discusions. Attendees will receive gift bags and a raffle with exciting prizes will be held for parents. Refreshments will be provided for all. Local vendors will be present offering a variety fo goods and services.
