This summer, we’re dedicating a full week at The Den to developing strong, confident teen girls on and off the mat.
Mind & Mat is a structured, high-energy leadership and training camp designed for girls who train and want to grow.
Each day includes:
• Focused Jiu Jitsu training
• Stretching & breath work
• Confidence and leadership development
• Guest female instructors & speakers
• Structured team-building
• Intentional free time and connection
This is not a recreational day camp.
It is a development experience built to sharpen skills, strengthen mindset, and build lasting confidence.
Spots will be limited to maintain quality and impact.
