Mimosa Pairing Brunch at 1620 Winery

Join us in the gorgeous 1620 Winery ballroom for a 3 course Mimosa Pairing Brunch, the kind of Sunday Funday dreams are made of. Doors open at 10AM for cocktail hour, brunch starts at 11AM)

The event kicks off with a cocktail hour and hors d'oeuvres (where you'll enjoy your first Mimosa of the day) followed by a 3 brunch courses, each course perfectly paired with another amazing mimosa. (See the menu below).

Whether it's a special morning out with the girls, a neighborhood get together or a couple's get away, this event is the place to be for anyone who loves mimosas and brunch.

Your ticket includes a welcome mimosa, hors d'oeuvres and the 3 paired food/mimosa courses. Our cash bar will be open throughout for additional drinks.

THE MENU:

Classic Mimosa (upon arrival) with hors d'oeuvres

1st course

Avocado Toast- sourdough bread topped with smashed avocado, crispy prosciutto, pickled onion & everything bagel seasoning

Paired with Blood Orange Mimosa

2nd course

Steak & Eggs- 8oz filet served on top of crispy home fries, sautéed kale & a sunny side up egg served with hollandaise

Paired with Pomegranate Mimosa

3rd course

Stuffed Texas French Toast- thick cut brioche stuff with sweet cream cheese & fresh berries topped with whipped cream, powdered sugar & maple syrup

Paired with Apple Cider Mimosa

If you will be attending as a group, please have one person from your party purchase all of the tickets you'll need in one order (This wll help us know to seat you together)
