Hailing from Portsmouth, England, newcomer MIMI RAE captivates her audience with glittery guitars and flowing vocal melodies, capturing audiences across the UK with her relatable lyricism and high energy on the stage.
Joined live by her band Matt Gresty (keys and guitar), Matt Hennessy (lead guitar), Danny Rex(drums), and Oscar Burnard (bass), Mimi charges the stage with a subtle naivety, soon surpassed by her strong rhythmic indie sonics blasted to the crowd.
She's been received with great pleasure across the south coast since 2022, on lineups alongside Transvision Vamp (Wendy James), Cardinals, and Flat Party as well as recently greeting Portsmouth with her first hometown headline show at Edge of the Wedge, to a well received room of eager listeners.
In 2025, Mimi surpassed expectations by competing in the Road to Victorious Competition, showcasing her sonics to a glorious crowd of 350+ at The Wedgewood Rooms, Portsmouth, and then following this up win the summer at the mighty Victorious Festival to her largest crowd yet...
