We invite all ringers and choirs to our fourth bi-annual Handbell Festival! We welcome you for a day of handbell excellence with clinician, Dr. John A. Behnke, Milwaukee Handbell Ensemble’s Director Emeritus. Early bird registration is $59 through October 31st, and then registration is $69 due by November 30th.
Choirs will be divided by skill level: Copper choirs will play up to Level 2 music, and Bronze choirs will ring up to Level 4 music. Setup begins at 12:30 PM, with rehearsals starting at 1:30 PM. Registration includes an evening meal, and the public concert kicks off at 7:00 PM.
Each group or individual is responsible for purchasing their own music, and groups must bring foam, table covers, mallets, and bells. Ringing assignments will be provided. We encourage choirs to perform a solo piece during the concert—spaces are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
