In a continuing effort to help protect endangered species, for instance the Black Rhinoceros, the members of the Milwaukee Chapter of the American Association of Zookeepers (AAZK) will be participating in this year’s annual “Bowling for Rhinos” national fundraiser on Thursday July 23, 2026 at Bluemound Bowl in Brookfield, WI.
All proceeds will directly support 3 non-profit conservation organizations: Lewa Wildlife Conservancy in Kenya, the International Rhino Foundation, and Action for Cheetahs.
The American Association of Zoo Keepers (AAZK) is a non-profit organization dedicated to wildlife conservation, and professional development. Our members are Zookeepers from the Racine and Milwaukee County Zoos. Our goal this year is to raise $5,000 to put towards saving rhinos in the wild, and their habitat. This can be your organization’s opportunity to be a strong voice in the worldwide effort to conserve endangered species.
