Join MillHouse and Cotton Mill Partners, Ltd. for our annual Summer ArtFest, a juried indoor fine art festival celebrating talented artists and makers from across the region. Set inside the historic Cotton Mill, built in 1910, this two-day event offers a unique opportunity to discover original artwork while exploring one of McKinney's most iconic landmarks.
Browse an inspiring collection of 60 vendors. Shop for fine art, handcrafted jewelry, pottery, woodworking, photography, fiber art, and more as you wander through the Grand Hallway, Event Venue, and Atrium Hallway surrounding the MillHouse creative community.
Take a break with coffee, tea, pastries, sandwiches, and snacks from White Box Roastery, or enjoy a glass of wine or beer while you shop. Relax to live music in the Atrium Hallway.
Admission is free, and free parking is available in Cotton Mill Lots A and B, as well as across the street. ADA parking is available in Lot A, with an additional ADA space located in Lot B.
